Wash & Fold (Fluff & Fold) – Bulk Home-Style Laundry
This is a convenient, value-priced bulk service for everyday washable items (t-shirts, underwear, socks, towels, casual pants, sheets, etc.). It is intentionally designed to feel exactly like doing your own laundry at home — simple, straightforward, and charged by the pound.
How it differs from our premium per-item Laundry or Dry Cleaning services:
- No individual item inspection – processed in bulk loads
- No spot cleaning or focused stain removal
- Uses only gentle, non-scented detergent
- No bleach, no added fragrance, and no dryer sheets
- Items are washed, dried (or air-dried), fluffed, and neatly folded
- Nothing is ironed or creased
- Packaged in a clean plastic liner inside our dedicated Wash & Fold laundry bags
⚠️ Important: If any garments have visible stains or need ironing/pressing, please separate them and clearly note it at drop-off. These items will be removed from the per-pound service and charged at our standard per-item Laundry or Dry Cleaning rates.
15 lb minimum order at $6.00+/lb = $90 minimum charge for standard wash & fold (machine dried & fluffed). Air-dry wash & fold is $7.50+/lb with the same 15 lb minimum.
This is not a substitute for detailed, inspected, and finished garment care. It delivers excellent everyday value for casual and household washables.

Missed Pickup Fee: $25.00+ — charged when a driver arrives and the bag is not left out for pickup.
- San Francisco: Mon–Fri pickups return next day; Saturday → Tuesday AM (no same-day on Saturdays)
- Peninsula & South Bay: return the next scheduled service day (Mon→Wed · Wed→Fri · Fri→Mon)
- East Bay: Thursday pickups return Saturday (Saturday → Thursday; no same-day on Saturdays)
- Marin: same-day return noon–6 PM Mon–Fri & Sun; Saturday → Monday PM (no same-day on Saturdays)
- Any Saturday pickup: same-day unavailable; rush earliest Monday by 10 AM (fee; depends on items/pieces/cleaning)
