I've lived in the Bay Area for almost 30 years and somehow I only just now heard about the services provided by Alex's Dry u Valet. To say I was impressed would be a significant understatement. The team at Alex's has put a system in place that somehow makes it possible to give you all the convenience of virtual, remote app based interaction(s) and you always feel like you are getting "white glove" service. The app alone is wonderful, you can literally see where the driver is along the route to your pick up or drop off, how many stops etc.

And I haven't even gotten to the dry cleaning itself. Perhaps I'm stubborn, but I still like to wear fine clothes even though I am the parent of two young children. Within days of a recent purchase of a beautiful suede jacket I got a small food stain on it and proceeded to make matters worse by spraying "shout" on it, which I now know is a big no-no with leather and suede. Lesson learned....regardless, the team at Alex's got me a "get out of jail" pass and restored the jacket to its original condition! Thank you all! Great service and wonderful for alterations

I just had my first wool piece professionally dry cleaned by Alex’s and I highly recommend them. All of the set up was done on my phone, the pick up went smooth, I normally wait a week for my dry cleaning to be done at my local dry cleaners, but Alex’s went above and beyond and had my wool piece ready the next day. I highly recommend for the well care of your luxury pieces.

From signing up to my first pickup took less than 24 hours. Honestly, the cushions were in horrid shape and now, 24 hours later, they look brand new. The turnaround, courtesy and professionalism will keep me coming back.

I travelled into town to officiate a wedding. When I unpacked my bags, I realized that my ceremonial robes, stole, and hubby's dress shirt were wrinkled beyond redemption. They did a remarkable job. Small details were fixed on vintage and regular items like pilling and smoothing of fake fur that other dry cleaners miss. I had a vintage coat that had small specks in it and they painstakingly removed all the specks so it looks good again. There was also nothing missing on a large order. They set clear expectations on my vintage items and on pricing. The pickup and delivery drivers were super helpful and considerate.

Alex’s saved the day! My daughter moved to SF and did no laundry or dry cleaning for a month. I showed up and couldn't figure out how I could help her given the tiny Euro washer/dryer in her apt. I called Alex’s. Within an hour they collected the 7 huge bags of laundry and dry cleaning. It was back the next morning. My daughter wears $$$ clothes. So it was a huge relief that they did impeccable and high quality job of washing, dry cleaning, and French laundry/press. I told my daughter she was caught up and could now do her laundry herself.
