Bridesmaid Dresses
Bridal party dresses are steamed, pressed, and delivered alongside the gown, with flexible hotel pickup and same-day service when the schedule is tight.

Tom Ford and Giorgio Armani tuxedos pressed to perfection, shoes polished to a mirror shine, and everything delivered ready-to-wear to venues like Nestldown and The Presidio. After the celebration, we remove stains from food, drink, and festivities and restore every piece to pristine condition.

Cleaning & Heirloom Preservation
Wedding cake, champagne, makeup, grass — we have removed them all. Then the gown is preserved so it looks this way for generations.
Expert Post-Wedding Cleaning
We pick up directly from your SF venue or hotel — leave the gown with the concierge and we handle the rest. Every dress receives a thorough examination and a customized stain-removal plan before cleaning, with delicate beadwork and lace protected throughout.
Archival Preservation
Preserved gowns are packed in unbleached cotton muslin with acid-free tissue inside an archival acid-free box with a natural cotton cover — unsealed, so you can visit the dress whenever you like, with white cotton gloves included for safe handling. An embroidered name and date is available on request.
Delivered Home, or Anywhere

Can you pick up my wedding dress from a San Francisco venue or hotel?
Yes — this is how most of our brides do it. Leave your gown at your SF venue or hotel after the celebration and Alex's Valet Drivers collect it directly — from the St. Regis and Fairmont to the Palace of Fine Arts. Text 415-338-9318 and we coordinate everything.
What is included in wedding dress preservation?
Every preservation includes a thorough stain and damage examination, a customized stain-removal plan, archival storage in an acid-free box with unbleached cotton muslin wrap and acid-free tissue, a natural cotton cover, an optional embroidered name and date, and white cotton gloves. The box is left unsealed so you can visit the dress anytime.
Can you remove wedding cake, champagne, or makeup stains from a gown?
Yes — these are the stains we see after nearly every wedding, and Alex's Team removes them with techniques developed over 40 years of gown care. Even stains that have set during a honeymoon are usually recoverable; sooner is always better.
Do you ship wedding dresses worldwide?
Yes — ship your gown, suit, or tuxedo to Alex's with prepaid labels before the wedding, and we return it pressed and ready. After preservation, we hand-deliver anywhere in the Bay Area or ship worldwide.
How far in advance should I schedule gown pressing before the wedding?
Two to three weeks ahead is ideal so we can coordinate delivery timing with your venue, hotel, or planner — but same-day service is available when the timeline is tight. Your gown is delivered steamed and pressed in a breathable, opaque garment bag, ready to wear.
