HOW IT WORKS
Once you sign up, you will receive a magic link via text on your cell phone which gives you access to your Alex’s account where you can see and track all your items, update your account, and schedule a pickup at any time of the day without having to call anyone.
How It Works
It Takes Only 3 Steps
Sign up as new client
and request a pickup.
Step 01
Gather
your clothes.
Step 02
Leave your bag
out for pickup.
Step 03
AFTER YOUR PICKUP
You’ll get an automated confirmation via Text to your cell phone provided to us that your bag is picked up by one of our drivers and will be taking it to the processing center.
AFTER YOUR DELIVERY DROP OFF
You’ll get an automated confirmation via text to your cell phone that your orders are delivered and are available for you to bring them inside your home. You are provided with a door hook that you can install at your desired location for the driver to hang the orders on.
