Alex's never disappoints. I had two high-priced white linen jackets that had small spots that had aged over several years into brown. I did the unthinkable and tried to treat them myself, which only caused the spots to darken. I sent them to Alex's and they both came out like new. I've used Alex's for upholstery fabrics also. You just go on their app and schedule a pick up for the next morning, leave your clothing outside in their dedicated laundry bag, and they’ll pick up/clean/deliver it back to you. You can also add special instructions for each article of clothing on the app.I’ve been using them for 2.5 years now for both dry cleaning and alterations. They cater to high end clothing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my designer suits, shirts, etc. I recently sent in a peacoat that was pilling and they restored it like it was brand new!
