Each item arrives to Alex's Team for individual inspection. We identify the soot type and the degree of smoke penetration. We then select a fabric-safe cleaning process. Soot is a fine, abrasive residue, and the wrong approach grinds it deeper. Delicate and structured pieces are treated according to their construction. This is much as in our luxury dry cleaning work.
Ozone Treatment & Odor Neutralization
After cleaning, garments and textiles undergo controlled ozone treatment. This breaks down the smoke-odor compounds embedded in the fibers. We repeat cycles as needed until the odor is genuinely gone, not merely covered.
Documentation & White-Glove Return
