Each item arrives to Alex's Team for individual inspection. We identify soot type and the degree of smoke penetration, then select a fabric-safe cleaning process — soot is a fine, abrasive residue, and the wrong approach grinds it deeper. Delicate and structured pieces are treated according to their construction, much as in our luxury dry cleaning work.
Ozone Treatment & Odor Neutralization
After cleaning, garments and textiles undergo controlled ozone treatment to break down the smoke-odor compounds embedded in the fibers. We repeat cycles as needed until the odor is genuinely gone, not merely covered.
