Leave Items at the Front Desk
Bag your garments or laundry with the front desk (or concierge). Note your name and room — we coordinate collection so you can stay out exploring, in meetings, or at events.
We Clean & Hand-Finish
Alex's Team inspects every piece at our San Rafael atelier — suits ironed, dresses pressed, wedding gowns steamed, laundry finished to a luxury standard.
Delivered on Your Schedule
We return clean, pressed garments to the front desk on the route days for your hotel's region — ready for your next dinner, meeting, hike, tasting, or ceremony.

Route: Monday – Saturday. Next-business-day return; Saturday pickups return Tuesday morning. $75 minimum per pickup. Free pickup and delivery.
Marin County
Route: Monday – Saturday. Same-day return is the standard Mon–Fri — morning pickups come back the same afternoon. Saturday pickups return Monday; closed Sundays. $75 minimum per pickup. Free pickup and delivery. Same-day standard on weekdays.
Peninsula & Coast
Route: Monday · Wednesday · Friday. Returned on the next scheduled service day. $75 minimum per pickup. Free pickup and delivery.

$75 minimum per pickup with free pickup and delivery across San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin, and the East Bay. Wine Country (Napa, Sonoma & St. Helena): $300 service minimum, or a $75 delivery charge each way. Same-day service available in most areas for an additional fee.
